Artvark Pet Products Policy & Procedures
Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. We also ship COD, a $12.50 UPS COD fee applies.
Reseller Permit:
Our website is a dealer only website. After filling out our registration form, you will be prompted to fax back a reseller permit form (pdf). Please fax this form to 818-904-2649. If you are out of the state of California, please supply us with your FID or SSN#.
Order Tracking:
To track your shipment, just click on your "profile" link and click on the order you wish to track. Then click onto the tracking number.
Returned Checks:
All returned checks will incur a $25.00 service charge.
Returns:
All orders placed with Artvark Pet are guaranteed against damages, defects, or incorrect shipments (such as the wrong item being shipped). If there is any problem with your order when you receive it, we will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Any damaged, defective or incorrect orders will be credited in full as soon as we receive the product back from you, and we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
All other requests for returns and refunds must also be communicated within 30 days of receipt of your order. Artvark Pet will not cover the shipping cost for returns of product that are not damaged/defective/incorrect. We will refund you for the cost of the product upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.
Contact us to discuss the reason for your return/refund so that we can provide you with a return label if needed. Any requests for refunds/returns after 30 days of receipt of your order will require approval, and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your shipment in full upon receipt. To request a return or refund for any reason, please call us at 888-887-9886, email us at info@artvarkpet.com, or contact your sales associate directly.
Please note all drop ship orders will be charged the UPS shipping fee incurred to ship the order from our warehouse to your customer, even if the order total is over $250, and including all residential surcharges. If your drop ship order is over $250, we will call you to confirm the shipping charges and process payment for those charges.

Shipping:
Orders received before 2:00pm PST ship the same day, except weekends.
All orders are shipped via UPS to the continental US.
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to not being deliverable are subject to a delivery return fee.
Orders that are UPS intercepted are subject to a $14.00 per package fee.
*Any orders shipped to a Residential address will incur a Residential Shipping Surcharge.
