Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. We also ship COD, a $10.50 UPS COD fee applies.
Reseller Permit:
Our website is a dealer only website. After filling out our registration form, you will be prompted to fax back a reseller permit form (pdf). Please fax this form to 818-904-2649. If you are out of the state of California, please supply us with your FID or SSN#.
Order Tracking:
To track your shipment, just click on your "profile" link and click on the order you wish to track. Then click onto the tracking number.
Returned Checks:
All returned checks will incur a $25.00 service charge.
Returns:
Please call in any discrepancies within 24 hours.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.
Returns must be “price tag” free and in resalable condition.

Free Range Eco Naturals Return Policy: Free Range Eco Naturals accepts returns of products directly within 30 days of purchase. Click here for their Dealer Return Sheet. They will provide you with a FedEx number to return the product, and will either process a refund or replace the product directly to you. Please call us if you have any questions.

Shipping:
Orders received before 2:00pm PST ship the same day, except weekends.
All orders are shipped via UPS to the continental US.
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to not being deliverable are subject to a delivery return fee.
Orders that are UPS intercepted are subject to a $10.00 per package fee.
